Integrated Technology Delivery
Integrated Technology Delivery (ITD) brings together all of IBM's worldwide service delivery capabilities for Strategic Outsourcing with strong local and regional management teams supported by a set of key global competencies including Security, Asset & Risk Management (SARM), End User Support (EUS) and Server Systems Operations (SSO). Currently we are looking for inspiring students to participate in our pooled off campus drives for the End User Support unit.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Infrastructure support delivery
· Perform technical problem cause analysis
· Resolve routine technical problems
· Ability to Identify opportunity & Implement Technical Process Improvements
· Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity and analysis.
· Ability to meet a set of defined account agent productivity measurements.
Mandatory Skills
· Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting
· Browser Support - Internet Explorer
· Strong computer skills required – Architecture, Storage, Cloud Computing & Applications
· Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desired Skills
· Proficiency in Email Clients like Outlook, Lotus Notes etc.
· Skilled in major desktop and server operating systems.
· Knowledge of networking concepts and technologies.
· Architecture and Configuration management of hardware systems
